A huge thanks to you and your team for the amazing spread that you prepared so lovingly for our wedding.
The canapés went down and storm, still not sure which was our favourite - the scallops or the pea and mint pesto – we’ll have to come and taste them again to be sure!
We’ve received so many comments about your unique cooking technique, the hungi really did top it off - the lamb was mouth-watering. Simon will be chatting about the 6am rendezvous with Jez on the day of the wedding to put the meat in the ground for years to come, I’m sure. And getting the guests so ‘involved’ in the dessert was a fab idea – it looked amazing until it was attacked by all our guests, hilarious!
Your team were perfect on the day, everyone was happy and smiling and nothing was too much trouble. It really does show how much you all love what you’re doing. We won’t hesitate to recommend you to all of our friends and very much look forward to enjoying more yummy food at the restaurant.
